Effective October 3, 2026. This notice describes information handled through di4ztravel.com, operated by DI4Z Travel LLC in Shirley, New York.
Information you provide
Trip inquiries may include your name, email, phone number, destination, travel dates, traveler count, budget and preferences. Newsletter signup collects your email address. Review submissions include your display name, email and review text. Do not send passport numbers, payment-card information or sensitive personal information through these public forms.
How information is used
DI4Z uses inquiry information to respond and plan requested travel. Newsletter signup is a request to receive travel updates; contact darrin@di4z.us to unsubscribe. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Approved review text and display names may be public; review email addresses are not displayed.
Storage and service providers
Website inquiry and newsletter records are stored in WordPress and notifications are emailed to the site administrator. Where configured, an authorized CRM may receive these records. Website hosting, email, security and spam-filtering providers may process information needed to operate their services. Information needed for a booking may be shared with the host agency and selected travel suppliers after the booking process is explained to you.
Cookies, logs and external services
WordPress and site services may use cookies and technical logs for sessions, preferences, security and spam prevention. Third-party embeds and external links may collect data under their own policies. DI4Z partner-link click counts are aggregated by vendor and date; the site’s partner-link counter does not store visitor names, emails, IP addresses or device fingerprints.
Payments and third-party booking
Payment links open external processors. Do not enter payment-card details into a DI4Z inquiry form. Review the processor’s privacy and payment terms before using it. Supplier websites, booking services and linked forms have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
Email darrin@di4z.us or call 516-924-6720 to correct information, request deletion, or stop marketing messages. Some booking, payment and business records may need to be retained for operational or legal obligations. No fixed deletion period is promised by this notice.
Security and updates
Share only information necessary for your request. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated as site services change; the effective date will be revised.
