Tell us your preferred 2027 travel month, departure city and ideal trip length. Darrin will compare currently scheduled voyages and available cabins. Miami, San Juan and other departure ports can be considered when suitable sailings are scheduled.

Want the Beach Club at Bimini? Ask us to search for an itinerary that specifically includes it. Routes, port order and time ashore depend on the selected voyage.

Compare available Insider, Sea View, Sea Terrace and suite categories against your budget and preferences. Cabin features vary; Richard’s Rooftop access is reserved for eligible suite guests.

Your written proposal will identify the ship, sailing dates, full itinerary, occupancy, cabin category, taxes and fees, service gratuities, optional costs, deposit, final-payment date and cancellation terms. Flights, hotels, transfers and travel protection are quoted separately unless expressly included.

Explore eligible group benefits

Virgin’s published group program starts at eight cabins. Eligible benefits may include a Bar Tab and assistance with group dining. The published Bar Tab is US$50 per cabin on voyages of five nights or fewer, US$100 on six-to-nine-night voyages and US$200 on voyages of ten nights or more.

Your proposal will confirm eligibility, offer compatibility and any deadlines. Ask about reunion extras such as photography, custom lanyards or private events; availability and any additional charges must be agreed separately.

From group chat to getaway

1. Share your reunion idea. Include your class year, preferred month, approximate headcount, estimated cabin count, departure preference and budget.
2. Compare suitable options. Darrin checks sailing schedules, cabin availability, group eligibility and the full trip cost.
3. Review, approve and reserve. Read your written proposal and supplier terms, then follow the verified payment instructions.

An inquiry does not reserve cabins or lock a fare. Any confirmed group hold, allocation and release deadline will be supplied in writing. Deposit and refundability depend on your specific booking.
